Accordingly, ARC has taken all the necessary legal measures to ensure that the transfer of data to such countries is secure and complies with the provisions of the applicable legislation, and has subscribed the corresponding standard contractual clauses as a guarantee of international data transfer.
Likewise, service providers and suppliers with whom we have entered into corresponding contracts may have access to your data, whose use is necessary to guarantee the relationship of ARC with its contacts and Clients. In any case, the necessary legal and organisational measures will be taken to ensure data security and access to data.
6. Rights
Under the terms set forth in current data protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw the consent granted to the processing of data at any time, as well as exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability, and the right to restrict the processing of your personal data. This can be requested to ARC in writing, attaching a copy of a document proving your identity, by email to dpo@arclegaloffice.pt.
In addition, we inform you of the right to file a complaint with the National Data Protection Commission (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados).
